I personally feel that a wedding coordinator is an absolute MUST for any wedding! My husband and I were thrilled we were able to hire and work with Kelsey and her team. Kelsey was ON TOP OF IT! She is super organized, helpful and fun to work with. She became a true friend of ours along the way and we couldn't be happier with all that she did to help make or wedding day everything we dreamed of. She is a great communicator and answered ALL of my constant questions quickly. I knew we could count on her to deliver day of and she sure did. I highly recommend Kelsey and her team to any bride and groom in need of a wedding coordinator or even day of coordinator. “Working with Kelsey and her team was an absolute dream! Our venue in Malibu, CA was a state park run facility and had countless rules and regulations, not to mention zero vendors provided. I have absolutely no idea what we would have done without the help of Kelsey and Courtney. The day went off without a single issue occurring (or at least that I'm aware of) and Courtney who was on site with us made sure to make us feel super special while handling each of our venues and getting everything moving according to schedule. I don't know how she did it! Not to mention the design services from them which brought to life the most beautiful wedding we could have ever envisioned. "Weddings can be stressful. As the groom, I probably had less stress than my bride, but I had my share of worries nonetheless. Coordinating vendors, picking the right groomsman suits, and selecting the song for your first dance are just the beginning. Once you get through the planning stages, you're worried about sketchy seating arrangements, wardrobe malfunctions, and getting through the vows without an embarrassing voice crack. During these moments of stress, I'm reminded of why you absolutely need a wedding coordinator. Especially a professional, patient, and downright cool person like Kelsey. Kelsey helped tremendously in the planning stages of our wedding, but where she truly became invaluable was during our wedding weekend.
Flowers and silverware decisions aside, I added a little snag to the wedding weekend. The day before the wedding I awoke with pretty terrible stomach pain. It's a common occurrence and I knew I needed to go to the hospital. Eventually, I was admitted to the hospital an hour before the rehearsal dinner and was told I would need to stay overnight. We were scared, stressed, nervous, and had no clue how to handle the situation. This was certainly above-and-beyond the job description of any wedding coordinator. Thankfully, Kelsey was a rock star. She stayed positive and relaxed, while offering solutions and keeping the mood light. We discussed back up plans in the event that I didn't get to leave the hospital in time. Luckily, I was released just a few hours before the ceremony, and we had the most incredible wedding – in large part due to Kelsey’s resourcefulness, confidence, and compassion.
Something crazy is bound to happen during your wedding. You'd be lucky to have someone as poised and experienced as Kelsey in your corner. "

"Kelsey is the MOST PERFECT wedding coordinator! I truly believe I couldn't have gotten through the day without her. Not only is Kelsey one of the most professional and organized people you could meet, she is also kind, genuine, and a joy to be around. Kelsey was the day of coordinator for our wedding in September. She took care of everything and anything that needed to happen... including many many things I didn't think of or didn't know needed fixing until much later. She offered excellent advice, and never once made me feel bad for some of the ridiculous ideas I had... She made my visions a reality. She expertly planned timelines and coordinated all of my vendors without me having to stress about it... it was so perfect in fact, that I was getting nervous I hadn't heard of anything! She was consistently available to me and my family and friends to lend a helping hand, offering encouraging words, or fulfill requests. When I was feeling nervous, Kelsey was right there with a hug and card that made my whole day. She is a completely wonderful person to work with, and I HIGHLY recommend her!!! "

"My laid back, island style Hawaiian wedding was as magical as it could have been. We couldn't do anything about the thunderstorms but they quickly turned into rainbows- a marker of how our entire day would go. Kelsey helped make our perfect day truly perfect. She radiates a beautiful balance of calm and enthusiasm, professionalism and friendliness, mellow with an eye for detail. From the first day she stepped on, she took the reigns in a supportive, direct, and organized way, without ever being pushy or contrary. She provided us with lists and templates, as well as a timeline for everything from save the dates to the farewell ride to our honeymoon. She listened to every bit of input and made them a top priority, on top of the basics. Kelsey upheld my desire for a relaxed wedding with a twist of untraditional and our guests enjoyed a seamless event. They had no clue how much effort it must have taken to coordinate the leis and flowers, decor, party favors, ukele, long procession, buffet, fire dancers, toasts, DJ, wish lanterns, and much more, because she made it look effortless. I'll always look back to my very special day with gratitude for Kelsey. She made our wedding dreams come true! Mahalo."

"We utilized Kelsey for her full coordination services and we couldn't have made a better decision to book her! She was incredibly professional, kind, and responsive to every question we had during the planning process. With her experience, she provided me with numerous tips to save money along the way, which was super important to me on my budget. On the wedding day itself, it felt like everything flowed seamlessly, but I know it was Kelsey orchestrating everything that made it go off without a hitch. She was so accommodating with last minute changes and worked extremely well with communicating them to the other vendors such as our photographer and DJ. I think the best thing about her is that I could trust her! If there was a small issue on the wedding day (and I now know there were several!) she didn't run to me with every concern. She made a decision with my best interests in mind and kept the day moving smoothly so that my husband and I could enjoy the day without any problems.
